BMO Field's capacity will see a substantial increase
Discussions between the city and the MLS are advancing, with current plans suggesting that BMO Field’s seating capacity will increase from 30,000 to 45,000. Additional improvements will focus on upgrading broadcast studios, stairs, elevators, seating, and other amenities, all aimed at creating a comfortable experience for the 2026 World Cup.
