In the past seven months, Rosted's life has been a whirlwind of adjustments. Alongside acclimating to the demands of Major League Soccer, he welcomed his first child with his Danish girlfriend, Victoria.

Their daughter, Freja, born in Toronto, has already embarked on various adventures, visiting the homelands of both her parents and spending time at the couple's winter cabin in Sweden. Notably, during TFC's preseason training camp in Florida and California, Rosted's family accompanied him, highlighting the integral role fatherhood now plays in his life.
