It is believed that a "hip injury" will see the Toronto veteran miss this match. It is the same injury which kept Osorio from playing for The Reds against NYCFC.

So, no need to worry about a further injury, but it's not nice to see one of the best Toronto players miss out on international duty. As stated within the CBC article, Osorio would have been one of the more senior Canadian players in the roster, so he was a candidate to captain them in the qualifier.

Toronto FC fans hope the veteran has a speedy recovery. It remains to be seen whether he will be available for selection before the Reds host Sporting KC at the end of March.
