Originally from South Africa, Pearlman has proudly represented Canada at the youth international level, showcasing his talent and dedication to the sport. His journey with Toronto FC began to gain attention in 2021 when he played with Toronto FC III in the League1 Ontario Summer Championship, demonstrating his skills and potential on the field.
In April 2022, Pearlman took a significant step forward in his career by signing a professional contract with Toronto FC II in MLS Next Pro. His debut on April 10 against New York City FC II was a memorable moment for both Pearlman and Toronto FC fans.
