2. Jahkeele Marshall-Rutty

One of the young players who broke into the first team last season for the Toronto Reds is Jahkeele Marshall-Rutty. The versatile wide-man played a pivotal role in many different positions. His strongest position is at right-back, but don't be surprised to see the 19-year-old in a variety of different positions in 2024.

Definitely an exciting player with plenty of promise, this season is an important one for the young Canadian. Last time out, he showed plenty of promise and had some impressive cameos from the bench before establishing himself as a starter. This time around, he will aim for more minutes on the pitch to continue his already rapid development.

Last season was a breakout season for Marshall-Rutty, so this season he will have aspirations to solidify his authority in the Reds roster. He will certainly be given the trust from head coach John Herdman, who wants to encourage the young Canadian to be the best version of himself on the pitch.
